UGK - Super TightWhat it is folk?! I was working on a pretty cool project, a Flash and XML enabled web based media player. Since I was fuckin' with some music for that project, I had an idea; why not incorporate the media player into "ThrowBack Thursday?!"
I couldn't think of a reason why I shouldn't. Speaking of ThrowBack Thursday, I won't be takin' you all on the usual music inspired journey through my past in this segment. I hope that somebody out there will bless me with their experiences down in the comments. More...

Steady BHip-Hop is really a funny genre of music. Not funny ha-ha, but funny funny. See, ours is the only genre of music that will  celebrate all the fake ass gangstas in the industry that get on the mic telling ficticious tales of poppin' glocks and robbing imaginary spots.
This wouldn't be so bad if the CD's and or video's by the guilty artist were labeld "Fiction" at their starts, or ends. No, the reality of the situation is this, Hip-Hop and Amerikkka in general hates "real" gangstas, and the crimes that they committ against citizens of this society.  More...

MC Lyte what's good people? damn! it's thursday again already and we're almost at the end of yet another week. this is the last ThrowBack Thursday of july so i hope you enjoy it. montanna "grupie_luv" mitchem from www.grupieluv.com hit me up last week on twitter about puttin' a female rapper down on HaughvilleUSA.com's ThrowBack Thursday. I  don't usually highlight the ladies of hip-hop here at HaughvilleUSA.com, i'm a sexist muthafucka ya' understand (jokes y'all, jokes). seriously though, most of the ladies don't make music that's aggressive enough to bump in the ride or move the heads of the typical HaughvilleUSA.com reader ya' dig.
